Bro please read carefulll the guide how to use cyclone... before posting this proble read in many forum how to solve you problem..

and as a being technician you need to fallow the basic first

check cable
check the contact from box to phone
check the pin cable
check software of box if software recognise or connected to the box
if bad cable try to use other cable or try to test other phone

this error 100% phone not connected or any supply not properly connected...

check all first... or may be you are new in cyclone or you dont ever incounter this simple problem... posting like this is very useless.. cyclone have support to there box
