Pls Cyclone team help me in this probleme in Box [SOLVED]

Dear all Cyclone Team

This Box is new i buy it from 3 monthe and make Registration for it very
wil , in 10 day's later when i open it it's work good but when i try to open
the face of flashing gave me this massage in the puctore :

And when iescape this massage work good but after 2 minit the Box Disconected and not conected agine untel i take out USB cable and conected to the Box agine ,,,, and agine this problem go on every time
icant flash any phone by it ,,,

So pls told me how can i fix this problem , and stil do it after i setup the
last updated too
