problem on my new cyclone box need help from support please

but shows me this problem


In cyclone box registration it show this logs

Initialization has failed -> No connection was established, or box is not in needed mode

it seems all is in problem


I both this box yesterday from reseller here in the Philippines

Start installing the 7828 update.. you can download from here

When asked to overwrite answer yes for all the files..
Sent a PM to Siroya about your wrong registration data..
Give Him just the time to read it and he will solve your problem.

Hi, do what mr Moulnisky say, send PM to mr Siroya regarding your wrong registration data, then ( when you solve your registration problem) reinstall aplication, reinstall drivers, update box FW, install NCK update.... then enjoy your box ( maybe you need to add cyclone soft to exceptions in your Anti Virus)

did you unzip the files in the folder where is installed cyclone? (Normally is c:\program files\Cyclone box)
