** Registration problems - solve here **

As i am watching server logs, i see some ppls having problems with their box registration. This problems coming from using special chars in Registration data (Russian chars, etc) so please tilll next update when we will filter this data and allow only alphanum characters, don't use it :)

Sorry, but I saw Your problem and forward request abt change registration data. You need wait, because We do it manually, but You can use Your box without any problems (even data are not changed). So pls be patient.

In your attached image i only see "Clip Maintenance error" ( nothing related to Register / wrong reseller)

You can NOT do Clip maintenance if you dont have a "Classic" Version of Cyclone Box, also you MUST have the Cyclone Clip. Do you have that ???

The DCT4 clip is an external optional device for cyclone box classic: do you have it?
If you don't have it just ignore that button as it is a dedicated one
