You can't fix downgrade on mobiles with the PM308 write protected..
As well be sure you make an rpl back-up before doing it and you are using the TX2 adapter as the TX2 line is essential.
Anyway you can recover the imei writing the cert npc.cmt.crt related to your mobile cmt_public_id you can find in the storedfiles folder
