Hello

The box failed to calculate the unlock code for BB-9780.
here is the phone details and the lod

IEMI 354261040635534
MEP-04626-002

Please wait...
Cyclone Server Send Command Error -> Code: 500, Socket Error # 10061
Connection refused.
Failed to Calculate Blackberry Code -> Server transaction failed

any idea friends?

also if anyone can post the steps in how to enter the unlock code

Thanks alot Bro, but i see that the customer tried to enter the code for 10 times and now 0 left, and now i get error code......

no solution then

You customer canstay on the acual provvider or send it to DM3

Stupid customer

just to be sure, is it necessary to insert the original SIM card when enter the unlock code?

yes,for bb 9780 u will need to put original sim for rest operation.

1. Go to Options
2. Select Device
3. Select Advanced Systems Settings
4. Click On Sim Card
4. Type in MEPD (note: you will not see the letters when you type them in) This step opens up the personalization of the device
5. Type in MEP than the "alt" button, and than the number 2.
