just contact siroya or mounilsky they can solve your problem idol...try to reinstall your software then install again.then try to update if problem still the same need to contact product supporter to be able to reset from server

thanks for the fast reply sir idol boss! however reinstalling of sw didnt solved it...


i think it has to be manually reset to their server... hope siroya or moulnisky will check my thread soon.. thanks alot!

I experienced same problem on my last update,the solution is to update box firmware again because firmware update was interrupted so the box is not readable by the server.
