What is PMM DUMP ? - GSM-Forum

I have been using CYCLONE very successfully with full of its capacity but onle one thing which i could not understand asyet that in BB5 - USER AREA - DUMP . What does it means by PMM DUMP and what is the use of ? I means where could we should use this application ?

Very very surprise to know that whole CYCLONE team does not know about this feature thats why they r not repling or not clarifying this very strainge.

It is to erase the first part of the phone memory.
After it you can't get the infos of the mobile any more...
Is important before doing any experiment make
Read full PM
RPL from Phone
Read all certs (optional)
You will be able to flash the phone as it will be visible on check flashing bus whatever you won't see the local mode on the mobile screen.
Anyway my suggestion is always the same. Don't try a function you don't know what is for

i tried it...readed al the certs readed pm maked crt back-up...now phone just blinking or hanging at nokia logo

my bad....
