5310b cannot unlock

When I press unlock, program try read info from phone, then window of BB5Plus_101.exe just appears, that same reaction and to Repair SL zone operation. I Can do only Factory reset.
When try read backup, i see next:

JAF box ATmega firmware version: 1B1
Searching for phone ...
Phone found on FBUS interface
Reading phone info ...
Reading PM Field 308 Subfield 1 with length -467304449 bytes
Error. 0x12200002
Error. 0x13030010

Thread phone exit.

Where is the problem?

just use ufs box not jaf and problem sloved

when using ufs box was that same error.

problem was in PM file, and was solved next way:
1. Backup CRT and Full PM
2. Full erasing
3. Writing RM-303 v9.42 firmware *just i need russian language, RM-304 may be writed to
4. Writin back CRT backup.
5. Repair SL zone with bb5plus unlocker.
6. Writhing full PM file.
7. Unlocking with bb5plus unlocker.
