About jaf bb5+ little bitte confusion - GSM-Forum

I have sagem credits and activated my p-key for Jaf bb5+ .
After open this software I checked my credits
I put all user name & passward that given by reseller
Then the following massege appeard in software.
Connecting to server...
Server errorServer error.
I want to there is any problem here or this is normal.In this suituation may I continue to unlock phones.
But with sagem software all is perfect.It gives 20 credits.

Please solved out my confusion.

Now both of sagem and bb5+ cann't be login says bad username or passward.Pleace correct my problem please.
