although i checked every thing but same ........

uninstall,reinstall,cleaning smart card,replace new smart card reader,try at my laptop,with my friend PC,xp sp2,sp3,remove driver and reinstall it.
finally to save my time i bought 2 new MX-key
even i checked it in Ultima box Reader

and i have to remind you that we are using many GSM Product they are smart card based even JAF pKey is they same thing yet we didn't faced such error from any tool before..

so what should to be do now about ????

NO SECURITY DONGLE DETECTED???????

Hi, I didnt see any no security dongle message in your sceenshot.. and serial of your dongle is shown, means your dongle was detected.

sometimes its pkey reader is damaged, try to put card in other reader if you have issues like this

its either you have damaged reader , damaged card, or conflict on you PC.. test our non working mxkey on another PC

then i think you have damaged smartcard.
just send manole your serial of smartcard that is not working, he can check this, there is sticker on smarcard anyway

I dont think he is mxkey customer. I ask serial number and he dont answer.
If he post serial number and reseller name, this is a proof for me he is mxkey
customer and i also can chk in server if there is a problem from our side.

He can read it from sticker on sim card.

this also happens to me

connect mxkey dongle to other computer usb port, smart card detected - install drivers

run the mxkey software, the software works fine

exit sofware then run again, no dongle detected again

repeat procedure

insert mxkey dongle to another computer usb port again, smart card detected - install drivers

run the mxkey software, the software works again

ohhhh my... i'm running out of usb port...

i am not lucky to used mxkey all ubs port are now not functioning ............... so i return to re seller
