1st:use mxkey 5.6
2nd:see your sn mxkey use v5.6
3th:if use latest mxkey 3.3 fix 1 still cant working or cant detect your smart card
solutions only reinstal new windows ,if you dont like to reinstal your windows,use VM

is simple to insert the dongle and deleted from computer properties reinstated after dongle driver smart card and install the drivers automatically

Hi, sir ji mere mx key me to 1.6 se setup me sing app. karne ke baad mx key ok chalta hai

sub ok hota hai flash bhi aur imei bhi lekin abhi jo new setup hai 1.7 aur 1.8 full setup me No Security Dongle detected

I think that error is not to harm the mxkey but leaves undetectable, try it on another pc that you have nothing installed and see if you recognize it.

if in case still get error or security not detect
please follow the picture new functions

A: open mxkey and klik/tick options (picture have no 1)
B: choice connections (picture have no 2
C: klik /tick Sc reader button (picture have no 3) and see is that your pkay reader detect or not detect
D: klik/tick SC ACCESS (picture have no 4) and choice "SHARED"
E: restart mxkey software

I got my tool to work but it says

[UnauthorizedFault] Sorry C0822582, your [CR1]DCT4PLUS remaining credits(50) and [CR2]BB5 remaining credits(50) is not enough.
You need to have at least 100 DCT4PLUS and 100 BB5 credits.

install crusier software and then check ur smart card status with scan utility if reader find check connected or removed if removed then install rocky 2000 driver again 100% aolution ok
