HARD WAY:

- backup rpl: select RAP.
- erase flash: get addr > select all, un mark safe erase.
- reflash with needed firmware version, write RAP RPL backup on first step.
- BB5 > Service > Imei & Security > Simlock > Repair SImlock > click Repair SpLock
- BB5 > Service > PM > Press Repair SD, follow on screen message
