Access violation at address 100BAA6B in module ,mobileEx.dll, read of address 00000004.

redownload, and please download only from OFFICIAL links that given on update information post.

- allow mxkey to your anti virus,
- run as administrator.

1. open your latest version with internet connectivity
2. click OPTIONS
3. click GENARAL SETTINGS
4. DESSABLE two (automatic) updating options
5. after RESTART program
