Dear Mr. Manole
Since You do not respond on Sonork and PM about problem with mxkey cards I decided to write here.
It is about Mx key and MX box
and SOLUTION - [UnauthorizedFault] Card [C08XXXXX] is not assigned (case id=0xCC04)
I have 97 pcs of mxkey cards purchased from IPMART and all of them have problem 'card is not assigned'. You wrote to send it back to reseller. All is fine, but IPMART claims You do not respond on their request about replacement, so they refuse to replace these cards too until You provide replacements.
Could You pls explain this situation?
Here is the latest info from Ipmart (from about 6th Oct)

sorry we can not refund. For this we can only replace, but then we can not guarantee that we can get replacement, because there is no reply from the author. So for this we best recommend to request return for the ship and make complaint at official forum SOLUTION - [UnauthorizedFault] Card [C08XXXXX] is not assigned (case id=0xCC04) and ask author why he does not respond for replacements.

The conclusion. First You say to send back to reseller. Reseller first says they will replace , but I have to pay delivery (both ways). Later reseller says You do not contact them about replacements, so reseller takes no responsibility for this whole action. It really does not look serious.

The reseller does not guarantee tome replacement of mxkey because he has not received the replacement smartcard from you.

Send Him a List with your MXKEY/MX-Box Serial and he should, i think reactivate all those cards for you!

I bought this box to see how the performance but I see no support

I bought this tool to work but you are not active

resseller have spoken with and told me that you only have to put the serial number on the server to activate the box.

I have written a private and I've also put my problem here but you do not answer. I wonder if you will activate or not to throw or stay with the box.

According aagty****** does not support you or respond to emails but I would like to know for you to find a vex I have to do with this box

that is so true ipmart is the worst service ever i buy a mxkey and i have to send it back and yet i can't get back a replacement i hate them
