In my case phone was with SW 400..and

SIMLOCK invalid!
SUPERDONGLE_KEY invalid!
- WD timer enabled, phone will reboot itself after 3 min.

Here is the procedure that worked for me...

1. Make full rpl back-up.
2. Downgrade from V400 to V100
Steps to downgrade...
A.You need to backup Certificate first. NPC ONLY.
BB5 > Servie > Imei & Security - Select NPC from drop down menu.
B. You need to COMPLETELY ERASE the whole flash.
BB5 > Flash > Advanced, Get Addr, untick SAFE Erase>Get Addres>Erase Flash
C. Reflash all necessary data to phone. ( MCU, PPM, CNT, ENO etc) with Mx-key (Jaf not autoselect Eno fille in v300, 400).
D.Next step is Certificate restore. Write back your NPC Backup.
3. Repair SD
4. Proceed with SUPER SD Auth, and write PM after it.
Load PM > Suped SD Auth
5.REPAIR SIMLOCK - Determind first what SL level you got
> Tick PA_SL2
> Choose Repair SIMLOCK
> Tick make SIMLOCK RPL
> Click Repair SPLock

5. After that
SIMLOCK seems to be valid
SUPERDONGLE_KEY seems to be valid
SIMLOCK_TEST passed
SECURITY_TEST failed!

Inject the CCC and HWC field from your first back-up of rpl... if you have(in my case..) in your actual readed rpl from phone... and write to phone...if you not have you must have rpl back-up from same phone with same product key and replace ccc+hwk field in your new rpl.....

I tried the above but got stuck in no 3. with the following error:
missing NPC data whenever i do repair sd. I tried about 5 times but still same. Is it server problem or phone problem, cos sometimes it goes through but at the end it will still get to security_test_failed

I haved same error . I think is bad comunication with the phone. I used TMA ADAPTOR VER.2 . After few tryes everything ok...

Well i got mine fixed with new cyclone update, thanks to mxkey for bringing me this far to get it solved. u're always the best.
