dear sir plz help me some days ago i buy new hwk ufs micro after some days it is can't work when i install its software show this error my box hwk can't upgrade plz sir help me... here is logs

GPG products is good,i dont have any problem incounterd..
-GPG HWK Box much expensive than HWk Micro

i guys i av a problem with my ufs hwk, i can't install it on my windows 7 anytime i want to update it it will tell me.the instruction at 0x75101c9c referenced memory at 0x75101c9c. the memory could not be read
