hi. what is the procedure of flashing S700 empty phone with cruiser?

Emtpyboard flashing procedures are in the user manual. Is there some specific it doesn't say?

i got 1 unit s700 (not empty phone)which alreadly properly flashed with cruiser but it still refused to power on.. all results are pass & no abnormal bad error.. dont know why...
the flash files is downloaded from support site. do u have any idea?

I do have an idea: Something is wrong with the phone.

Why don't you post a log of attaching to the phone, we can then narrow down my idea.
