cruiser box not working

Help!!!! Cruiser box not working since Friday. Its reading the serial no but not opening any com port. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but still no joy. Anybody know what I can do?

sounds like com port problem maybe driver for cable ?? check to see if you have installed anything on P.C that will not configure with cruiser

Thanks for your quick reply. The last thing I used was the Nokia PC Suite to copy phone nos to a cd and since then its not working but have the pc suite installed 4 quite a while now and did this b4 with no probs. have just installed cruiser version 10.03 and still same problem. Could you advise on what to do pls? Thanks in advance

go to device manager and check the usb ports, i am sure there you will find a sb with yellow quessy mark, that will be the problem connect with cruiser dongle and card as follows

rt click my comp
lt click on properties
click on hardware
device manger
there you will find what com port cruiser is using , if no confliction with other USB go to settings in cruiser and aotu select to find com port,
sorry this is long winded but one of these options should rectify
