K550 : Unlock RSA : Failed! - GSM-Forum

Hello!

I have an K550i SonyEricsson, after I attach it, and try to unlock RSA, the program stops at "waiting for acknowledge..." and few seconds later it gives me the "Failed!" error. Atfer that the phone is dead, so i have to reflash, and the direct unlock never clickable.
So my questions is:
- how can i unlock that phone?
- how can i get my lost credits back?

It's CID 51.

i sugest you upgrade to CID 52 and try again (CID 52 unlock is free)

lost credit are not refundable

I tried to upgrade to CID52, it seems that it succesfully did, but when i reattach it, it still sais that CID51. The RSA Remove still not working.
