New K700i already upgrade to R2AL029 but still hang when select language....
Any solution for tis??????????

flash it to R2AL029 then customize it..
can solve...use Cruiser...

I've had one phone like this, tried flashing it on Cruiser, various versions, various languages, no joy, had it flashed by SE-Tools, no joy either, so sent it to SonyEricsson, hopefully they'll supply a report on the fault.

Might be a hardware based fault.

Do you find that the keypad works fine with out a sim, but no buttons work when there's a sim inserted

there have a repair file to solve these problem...
but i don't know what file they use..
i saw someone solve my phone...

have u all notice even u have flash ur phone to R2AL029 but when u attach again ur phone the phone still the same old version R2AYxx

he's already using cruiser

try removing the bgb102 ic from philips. its located at the left side of the joystick assembly. tested by me.

I sent the phone to SonyEricsson to be fixed under warranty, they had to scrap and replace the board.

So I guess from that not a software fault
