Hi,

Get these files and do as we say.

K750i_CXC125952_EU1_R1BC002_Red36.ck75sw
K750i_CXC125953_EMEA2_R1BC002_Red36.ck75fs
K750i_FullGDFS_Brown36.ck75sw

Now then follow this step by step.

1= Attach Phone.

2= Unlock RSA (OR convert to brown if its CID36)

3= Now Flash MainSW, RawFS and GDFS file all at once.
this bit is dead easy, to select more than one file at once, just drag the mouse over them or hold CTRL then select your files needed.

4= Once its all flashed, all three parts - go to customise and customise it for
K750i EMEA2 - R1BC002.

BEFORE CUSTOMISING
IF PHONE IS CID 36, THEN DO NORMAL CUSTOMISE, IF PHONE IS CID49 - THEN YOU MUST, DETTACH, ATTACH AND UNLOCK RSA - THEN CUSTOMISE THE PHONE, IF NOT THEN PHONE WILL KEEP BLINKING WHITE LCD DURING TRYING TO START GDFS.

5= Now that it's customised, go to Filesystem page, and click Shutdown FS.

6= Now re-attatch phone and go to certificates page, and if its CID36 - then change certificate to RED CID36, if it's CID49 - then you have to click restore firmware file and it will do the rest for you, once done just disconnect and power on.

Post results please.

Solution by mobilexxtreme works fine, but there was one more thing I had to do in my case (CID 49 RED) to repair the phone:

- Attach to phone
- Unlock RSA
- Direct Unlock
- Restore firmware

Yes your correct, if you experience slight problems from unlocking with USB-Smart or with Cruiser, or for some un for seen reason it starts with a White LCD, try the above in quoted text, this seems to help and fixes some of the problems, if the problem is in the firmware then it wont fix it, but if its in sim lock area of memory - then maybe it will.

Just a hunch - but we do this sometimes and it repairs them.

However - we still need all the other files fixing, in the UK we use EU1 for a lot of phones in SEMC market, especially when decustomising.

When I try to flash R1CA021 it stop on 1% and error say 0x45420000 error
what is the prob ?

i cant unlock it becouse it is going and going.
and if i want to flash the raw fs then it is going too 1% then i get this massege.

restore files aslo doesnt help and hangt with a error.
i dont know what i to do.

battery is FULL!!! flash is CID 49. RSA Unlocked. SW verison is R1BC002_cid49.
(where to find it with emea7 fs ???)

Try power on your cable then - make sure its between 3 to 9volts, if its still not working then it could be a problem with the PCB...

Not sure where to get them flashes mate.
