pay attention here if you flash your DB2020

hi, vevery one, i just got one W850i with white screen problem, then i just simply flash it with Cruiser (chiense file) and customize (pay 3 USD). then the phone looks working fine, but one day after, customer came back said white screen again, i thought that must be customer misused, then i flashed the phone again (pay 3 USD) and i tested the phone by myself for a day, the next morning i change another sim card then the phone goes to white screen again.
what's wrong with it? is that the way making money by Cruiser? flash one time we have to pay 3 USD. i can't afford to flash one phone for many times. and i am losing money .

For DB2020 phones, please do not take out the battery at once after you off the phone, or the phone might be dead with red light blinking on the power switch.

it's true to almost all phones (e.g. nokia phones sometimes get contact service or symbian based contact retailer, siemens are getting "bzzzz...") becouse phone FW needs some seconds to save all current tasks to flash and when it's not done (removed battery without switch off) some "trash" data could left in memory.

today i flashed the phone again, and just making few calls, the phone goes with white screen, and just freeze, i have to take off battery, otherwise the phone will just stay white. after insert battery again, the phone was white screen. i doubt it has hardware problem, but i do not have service manual. can any one give the service manual for DB2020 phone?
