What do I need to do to my W810i for...? - GSM-Forum

Hey,
I have a customer that wants the following things done to his phone now what do I have to do? I'm a complete newbie and I would love some help with this.

1. Unlock it so it can used on other carriers.
// This makes sense, so no need to explain. Just unlock it.

2. Unbrand it, so carrier junk gets removed and flash themes can be used.
// I have no idea how to do this. What do i need to flash it with? Main FW, Raw FW, other? Do I need a specific version?

3. Enable MP3s to be used as ringtones without having to be resized or reedited.
// Again, no clue how to do this.

what software do you have? cruiser, SE Tools, USB smart?
all you need to do is get the latest flash file, both Main and raw, then flash main, then raw with customisation and you done, songs have to be changed as the current branding will stop other songs been played, debranding stop all this

OHH yea, and what about unlocking RSA, since he has posted in cruiser forum, @ TRAIAN 1.. its not as simple as unlock, since you are working on a cid 49 phone there is a certain way things have to be done or you will have a mobile that wont switch on, this has been posted hundreds of times so have a little SEARCH and READ..first..
