genrall problem for 2618-- use ciggeratte packet paper which is inside the packet - and use it on the no button -- plastic keypad to make a circuit -- works good-

best regards

try key-domes from 768/T10

I have a great stock of them, they was cheap.
And - they are much better qality than original 2618 domes.
