help with bga chips


can anybody give some informations about bga chips reballing and soldering. if i want to change this chips the phone become dead.
i ll be glad if somebody help me some informations about it.

That is ok but very expensive.Is not as simple as it looks,nokia says you have to bake bga chips at 125°C for 24 hours before working with...Also you have to be electrostatic free...And you have to buy good quality equipement(wich is as i said expensiv)...Not doing this can damage the chips or the Pcb of the phone....
Do you stell wanna try??
