does any have idea on how to resolder the bga devices on nokia i.e HAGAR without using uBGA rework tool.

i think that there is no way without ic tin print <br />board for bga tool .

me use bga-stencil with solder paste and hot-gas to reball bga ic, works 100%.

pilcris, u could use conventional way as i always did before, but that will cost u big attention and time. u could use a common soldering plumbum and cut it into small and tiny one, but with a "same" size all, then put it on the bga leg and rehot it one by one, imagine that for a bga with 108 leg or more, good luck
