Member: 5379 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | pilcris, u could use conventional way as i always did before, but that will cost u big attention and time. u could use a common soldering plumbum and cut it into small and tiny one, but with a "same" size all, then put it on the bga leg and rehot it one by one, imagine that for a bga with 108 leg or more, good luck |
