Please do a search on his company and DO NOT BE TAKEN IN. I would hate to think that GSM members could lose money they cannot afford, when I have the information to prevent this by saying nothing.

Look up in this very thread itself and on the whole forum. You will find whatever you need except the practise, the skill and the experience. Do not look for a Magic Stick to teach you Mobile Repairing by just a touch please !!!! I don't mean to discourage you or disrespect you, but please use the "search" button on GSM forum and you will find useful information on any GSM topic practically, but yes you will have to decide on what you want to search !

"reheat" means not removing the chip from the PCB, but push liquid flux under the chip from it's sides with a small painting brush and then apply heat from the Hot Air Gun over the top side of the chip in a rotating motion and controlled temperature and controlled heating time. The controls mentioned here are to see that no overheating takes place and the flux only gets spreaded under the chip almost evenly, reaches all the balls of the chip and melts the balls under the chip. The Gun is stopped before the flux starts emanating smoke. It is not difficult, but you need some practise to master the technic. "change" means removing the old chip and replacing it with a new chip. Hope it helps.

Member: 23587 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 63 | I can't understand why you are finding hot air stations expensive !! You can always start with Chinese made Hot Air Guns costing below 20-25 USD, i believe. Though they are not very sturdy but they do offer good value for your money. You can think and plan about expensive equipments later, after you make money from this business !!!!!!!! What tools do you have now and how much have you invested till now? I cannot think of any other business which you can start with such low investment levels and recover them within no time, brother! And of course, if you have the zeal, you can develop the skill to be successful with very little effort, but yes a determined effort at that !!!!!!!!! Best of Luck ! |
