ps:my device HTC Touch Diamon P3700

I want to know,can or not unlock HTC by BB-Box..?

coz.i searching no bodyone succeed unlock HTC with BB-box.

HI FRIEND PLEASE RESET YOUR DEVICE AND FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE.

1.- First, install ActiveSync software “Active_Sync_v45.zip” ( you can find inside /Drivers/HTC )
2.- Remove battery of the HTC phone and put back again ( be sure battery is not empty)
3.- Press power and wait near 60 seconds for be sure power on completely ( more important )
4.- Plug USB datacable and wait till sincronize with ActiveSync Software ( will take few seconds )
5.- Open BB Box software, select correct model and press CONNECT BUTTON
6.- Wait few seconds, and press yes in the HTC screen when phone ask you ( if is necesary )
7.- After press YES, wait until phone will be detected again ( you will hear windows sound )
8.- Wait 5 seconds and press READ CODES button
9.- After few seconds, NCK and SPCK will appear in screen

IF NO SUCCESS REPORT HERE WE WILL CHECK THIS ISSUE.

yes, i do it.but result still same.

after disconnect and connect wait a while untill phone detected again then press read codes

after that,phone not detected by pc.

Since 2 months that i bought my bb-box and i never unlock none HTC, always the same error that you wrote here, i don't know where is my mistake because i do all that support wrote and same error.

I don't knows,maybe software bug or really bb-box can't unlock htc device.

make sure phone is detected on computer after disconnect and connect if yes wait a while then clic read codes,u can try also by hard reset then test again
