I have the same problem,when I have instaled version 11.88 work perfectly.
When I Install the other new version 12.00 and the nevest 12.10 I have the problem:

2. Go to "Product Support Tab"
3. Go to "Box Tools" Section
4. Click "Update Firmware" button

* Make sure you put ATF Software in Windows

Virus Scanner Exclusion List

I Updated box firmware many times, restore box, restore eeprom etc. but always is the same problem.

Please help me.

My box every things working but nokia service function keys all not working and also I update firmware and reset box install again and again and remove atf folder from c drive... but my stil have problems in old version working well.
