Meantime if show "no Box" and you are sure that you are using Right and working Cable, (post what type of Box you have), change USB 2.0 any HUB port connected directly in you pc motherboard, Install "New Driver" correct for you SO, put in exlusion of AV and FW "Atf Setup.exe" then restart pc open Sw and connect you Box, post what light you see in Box... BR |
