Has something now changed since Nokia Care Suite PST 5.0.2013.27.1.3 has been released as now getting "The remote name could not be resolved. "***.caresuite_nokia_com" using 5.0 2013.13.4.4 at beginning of this thread I might add (sorry about * instead of w)

Hi, make sure you are using: Nokia_Care_Suite_PST_5.0_2013.13.4.4
newer versions will not work with this trick, you will need NOL login for it.

Sorry can't post links but "Google" for "microsoft vc++ 2010 redistributable" from Microsoft and install and then NCS installation will complete.

Bro, please LOOCK HERE:

1) After all operation, REPLACE THE "usergroupsconfiguration.cfg" file, it's file that not requiere login to u, is IMPORTANT,

2) INSTALL "Microsoft VC++ 2010 and 2005 if not have just installed or if the same program not install these, ceck from REMOVE/INSTALL PROGRAMs

3) NOT USE OFF-LINE,

4) After Open "Nokia Care Suite", when show the Login u not put anythingh inside, only press OK,

5) Search u P.Code, copy/paste or write manual in the field, PRESS DOWNLOAD, DONE!!!!!

Tip: Not use they directory, u can change whith other that u want..

COMPLETE FOLDER:

REPLACE LOGIN FILE:

WHEN ASK FOR LOGIN, PRESS "SIGN IN", not write nothinghs:

ENTER P.CODE AND DOWNLOAD, ALL DONE !!!!
