There is no free software for remote switch off the 2nd machine.
Just watch them every 1-2 hours. If You fall asleep, that's Your additional wastage.
I suggest You to make multiple command lines for both PC. When one bf finishes, the next is starting and so on. You have to watch that which is the first and press "q" on the other.
If I were You then I would calculate only 1 bf on each PC without splitting.
PC 1 must finish within 37 hours, the PC 2 must finish within 45 hours.
That's 2 BF 100% within 2 days. It's better not to hurry.
BF is for patient customers.
I bundled off my impatient ones. (And the chaeap-jacks)

? What knowledge you need? simply run software from same shared directory and if result file will be created hashcat will terminate job on other pc's. So:
1 PC have file imei_1.bat
2 PC have file imei_2.bat
Both bat files create same out.txt and if one pc found result and created out.txt second one in 60 sec will terminate.

he he he! my linux nodes runs like this for a YEAR already ... Hashcat controls this process by itself. If you don't have enough brain to understand, take already calculated file, put it into same dir as cat and run calculation of that file again. In max 60 sec you will get Cracked status.
