Hi, I tried many many times, I install the app but, I can´t

see the log

VERSION MICRO-BOX A.I.O. V1.0.1.2
HTC TILT READ CODES: START!
CONECTING TO SERVER: OK!
ASKING SERVER FOR ACCESS: ACCEPTED!
CHECKING HTC ACTIVATION: OK!
HTC: ACTIVATED
CHECKING MBTOOL INSTALLATION: OK!
SENDING WINDOWS MOBILE LOADER: OK!
STARTING LOADER: OK!
PLEASE DISCONNECT USB CABLE: OK!
PLEASE RECONNECT USB CABLE!
SEARCHING FOR PHONE: OK!
READING MODEL: OK!
SENDING LOADER: OK!
READING IMEI: ERROR 1001!
RESTARTING PHONE: OK!
HTC TILT READ CODES: END!

now? how can I unlock that?

I know that, but with this phone I can´t I don´t know why not, but I can´t. in fact I want to try with microbox. any other solution

Yes, I tried with this metod, in fact I have 3 kaisers,, two of the sayme error 10085, and the other one, is the phone of the log, in any case I can´t use microbox for unlock, in the 3 cell, I tried before and after did a hard reset but, I can´t.

1 - Install Microsoft Activesync on your computer
2 - Download latest microbox Archive from support, inside this file you can find the HTC Micro-Box Tool.cab.
3 - Connected Your HTC at your computer with Activesync
4 - Copy the HTC Micro-Box Tool.cab file to your phone
5 - Install the file on your phone.
6 - Run Microbox ALL In One software, and Select your Modele in list : Press Read code !

Many peoples are fix own problem with method .so if you problem don't solve try another pc hope will be solve .

don´t work I tried in 3, notebooks, some kaises has win mobile 6.0 the other ones, 6.1, in fact don´t work, I think, the problem is with the algoritm, of the software, becouse I tried , with bb-box (polar team algoritm) and I can´t either. with bb-box the phones hangs when the app is apploading......the proble is in the app.

other solution?

ive just managed to unlock a HTC KAISER kais130 with v2024. It was simple and no needed to upload Tool.cab file or anything coz it did it all automatically. Just have to press YES on phone screen when it appears, and make sure ACTIVE SYNC is installed on comp. Once you get the codes, then put in wrong sim and first enter the NCK and after it will ask for SPCK, then enter that. they both might be the same code anyway, as mine were:
