Thumbs up Reball of Big IC Without Stencil.


It was easy to reball this ic only needed more solder wire to be used,even can reball xbox cpu in this way or other ic.

Lightbulb iPhone 3GS PMIC Replace No Need Stencil,No Need Reball!

This how i replace PMIC on iPhone 3GS no need to reball only resolder each print on PMIC then on board fix and heat that is all it take around 10 minutes!

This repair if battery connector was removed with 2 middle pads,never use thick wire connector will not align properly.

This method i use almost for all ic only where are big ic i can lift up some more heat or change nozzle,you can see i not use board holder that eat the heat!

Apple Products Black Resin Clean!

Give 180C of heat for harder resin give 190C that is like in iPhone 4S when do this need patience and be careful to not cut some track or remove an component,solvents are not very useful this is best i know!

Find thin wire in wrist watch and repair any removed print with a track or component that remain.

Lightbulb Removed Solder Pad Fix!

Be careful what you do this video is only to show how to fix in case if there is no solder pad to solder the component if it was eaten by water or removed accidentally,never do what i did in first 45 seconds!!!!!!

Thumbs up Rework of corroded components!

This procedure is made when device was water damaged,corroded components need resoldered so all connections are made again like from factory because water eats away solder and some component might loose it's connection and resoldering is the first step when device have problems!

Here are the steps.
1st.Resolder each pin with cyberdocllc QuickAlloy.
2nd.Clean solder with copper wick.
3nd.Solder back new/used connector with normal solder wire that melt harder not low melt solder.
4th.Clean with thinner.
To unsolder from used board i used also 180C of heat because cyberdocllc QuickAlloy solder will melt with less temp it was enough 180C to not destroy the plastic.
