They are not present in schematic but i think they are only for testing.

I have another iphone that works perfectly well. I took the battery charged at 64% to place it in the iphone defective. I get the same result as cadumg83. The iPhone acts as if there was no battery.

If you have an working then check how are connected pins on working phone.
Then check on damaged if each track arrives to destination "Battery Connector".

Wites : I measured the value that I find when I connect the different pins with the metal framework for the ihone works:

pin 1 to metal framework : 0.3
pin 2 to metal framework : 1
pin 3 to metal framework : 1
pin 4 to metal framework : 1

With the iphone defective :

pin 1 to metal framework : 0.3
pin 2 to metal framework : 0.3
pin 3 to metal framework : 1
pin 4 to metal framework : 0.3

filiking : I did what you advised me to do but unfortunately it does change nothing.

I unsolder the battery connector and I was surprised to see that the pin 4 is always connected to the metal framework while I removed all the solder :

not compressed :

That mean Vbat+ & Gas Gauge is shorting to GND this is not good you need
to find where is shorting,to find Vbat+ where shorting give externally 3Volts
to Vbat+ & GND and check what is heating, where is heating there is short.

Thanks for your shematic.

To put the 3 + volts between Vbat and GND, which one is the +? I tried with Vbat + as a pole + the wires of my external battery 3V and the GND are immediately very hot...

You say "check 2 black filters for continuity". What is black ? The small capacitors ?

Red with 1 marked is Vbat+.
Check filters with yellow dots marked.
You say battery is getting hot then problem is there on flex where you removed connector.Check with your lips maybe something else is heating on the flex.
Remember connect properly + of battery to Vbat + on flex.

I'm not saying that the battery heats but his wires (actually it's not really a battery but I use two batteries in series to 1.5 V).

What do you call "flex" and "filter" ?

Sorry bro this is too complicated for you replace that flex where you unsolder
battery connector entirely your problem will solve.
I can't call that board but is some kind of board made of flex it mean
flexible.
