4S No Network

I have a 4S which was working perfectly with Gevey on 5.0.1.
SOme JB app resulted in Sprinboard Loop even after reboot, so I had to update to 5.1.1. After Restore, I paid and got it factory unclocked too. but now there is no network. Keeps shuffling between "No Service" and "Searching". Replaced Network Antenna, but no luck. Does this mean I have to replace the Network IC? Can anyone guide me how I get this done in India?

Thanks,

But should it stop my 3G connection from working and only let me use the 2G network?
