Sorry i think you are right Q3 & L6 are for light,and you don't have light because on flex is damaged that pin.

Most likely I will end up in buying a lcd, but before I need the phone working...

hi Wites,
The battery connector is not shorting.
I charged the battery apart from the phone, then assemble, turn on, nothing heat, but when I plug the charger in, the Power Management IC is extremely heat, may be it's dead?

There may be something else causing to heat PMIC,check coils & capacitors if not shot in gnd.

after mobile is ok but home butten is not working any body

Check pins of home button if not damaged/broken,check near of dock connector on board for damaged missing components.

I have a 3g which is very bad the Microphone low sound and noises, but its not Microphone because I changed the dock connector, complete and unchanged by this issue.

Any Ideas?

no no water damage!

Microphone with komplette dock replaced!
And works not, teh mic..
Motherboard problem.
