it was an water damage. i removed the metal shield around the NAND-Flash for cleaning. before i had no backligt, sound was ok i think, i can't say! which ic should i try to reball first??

what can that be? if somebody can help me, you get my greatest respect!!!
Try other mic if same possible some capacitors om mic ways are oxidized.
If audio codec ic is glued you don't have to reball it.

iPhone 3g can't connect to pc but power up to restore mode

Hi everyone, I bought iPhone which were stuck on recovery mode, it was just listed by the seller on the ebay auction, for the cheap price, so I bought it with the hope it need just JB.
When i realized that it is not the usb dock not the usb wire, nor not the software issue, I went to open it up to see what's going from inside. By the way, iPhone 3g when connected to usb, shows Recovery mode screen, that's all.
So near the usb dock 4" connector I saw three missing resistors...
Is there a chance to make some jumper, or something like, which throw me out of this sticky problem?
There are three close pictures how it looks

When you have dead phone power problem, you check voltages without LCD
power on phone and check this voltage http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f631...ml#post7851700
but be careful to not short something to GND.
