On the other side of the motherboard is there the baseband ic. Maybe you have damaged it?

I used 370 ° to take off the old u2 and to put the new one, and protect with kepton tape the other parts from heat. You think i damaged baseband? So theres no solution in this case?

Hi

My iPhone 5s freezes when making a call. Otherwise works just fine. Mic and buzzer aren't working even if it unfreezes sometimes. Anyone with a solution?

Hi,

The home button on my iPhone 6 stopped working after I replaced the lcd. I tried replacing both the button and the flex cable, but it still won't work... However the touchID is working fine with the OEM button. I even re-soldered the connector on the motherboard, but nothing...

What can I do ?
Thanks

You probably damaged the flex cable maybe on the inside where you cannot see. Also change the cable that transfers the Touch ID to board, long flex. Try Restore phone, sometimes it works

Usually U2 ic problem. Find short, remove caps, follow line and check what is shorting.
