huawei c2830 hang on tata logo not connect in riif box whats the problem

here is log

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.23, JTAG Manager Version: 1.32
Selected Resurrector: [Huawei C2830]
Connecting to the dead body...ERROR
Set I/O Voltage reads as 1.79V, TCK Frequency is RTCK

i also tried with 2830 but not success in 2 sets
2829 is working properly

i check all connection but same problem The RTCK Signal does not respond.

i try qsc1100 dll also but same error The RTCK Signal does not respond.

Hi,
DO NOT use max RTCK sampling with CDMA phones. In 99% cases it wont work.
Set the RTCK Sampling rate to ~1MHz and retry.

"ERROR: RAM memory selftest failed." Usually this error indicates HW problem, but in Your case it could be due to too high sampling rate.
