samsung t499 repair boot with riff

i have sams T499 Dart which matter is just Network lock.

i,m already do it read codes but after it,s blinking on samsung logo.

plz riff team tell me that what can i do?

i have t499 kild when unlock it is blink samsung logo when power on
i can get the download mode
i flash the phone with SGH-T499Y_SW_SKG2 firmware but the problem not solved so i do resurrection for boot area and android boot&recovery
then i flash the phone back but still the same problem only
blink samsung logo when power on
so what can i do
