hello support, i have a infinity cm2 dongle with best activation, serial 0D27A4E3 registered with my email mykeljosh34 at outlook com, so i want to give this cm2 dongle to my bro, so i bought another Best dongle, serial A12523D8 and did registeration with my same email as the old dongle, so i received the license file in my email and copied and paste to the best folder but when i open the software with my new dongle, it says i will receive a licence file in my email again.. which i already recieved and copied.. but when i use my old cm2 dongle it opens normal..

hello licence linked to dongle s/n but not to your e-mail.
Each dongle has it's own licence file.
for dongle A12523D8 you need licence_A12523D8... file, it should be in your mailbox. maybe need to check junk/spam folder

yes boss, received license file already, move it to the best forder also but when i open BEST tool, it says LINCESE FILE WILL BE SENT TO MY EMAIL IN 10MINS which i already have the file and moved in the best folder.

It looks like you have different dongles. Right ?

- Connect dongle/box to PC
- Run DongleManager.exe - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r=5
- Make "Read Serial Number (S/N)"

DO NOT send screenshot/video but copy/paste text from software window !


Also write here received licence file name.

I have the following problem with Best dongle,here is the log:

Card found : 0761DFB0 , v0122
Infinity-Box BEST Nokia [HMD] Module [NK2] v1.20


Operation : Reset Settings [FTM] [ v1.20 ]

-> Old : Power Off Phone, wait 5-10 seconds, Insert USB cable
-> New : Power Off Phone, press and hold VOL_DOWN and POWER keys, until FASTBOOT screen appear

It is now solved, i think both license not need to be in same folder at the same time i guess?

what i did was, install software afresh and copy only the new dongle license file to folder and run software, it work that way now also same method with best2 work now..

you can copy both licence to the same folder, it is Ok

Hello,

Disable your PC Antivirus/Firewall or give enough access for BEST.exe !

- Close [BEST] software
- Install [BEST] software version 2.29 or higher !
- Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST folder
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
- Run [BEST] software
- Enter your GOOD WORKING e-mail address and you will get new licence file via e-mail

Best 2 and Best not open

Hullo Team, my Best dongle is not opening I changed Windows and I reinstalled Best and Best2 but ever since none open, I used my old license file but still it has failed now.

im getting this message but when I check my mail there is no license file since yesterday

You must run BEST.exe but not BEST2.exe !




Now rung BEST.exe
enter your GOOD WORKING e-mail
you will get licence file in 5 minutes

I am infinity best user from more then ten years but since 3 days my infinity best is not working here is logs from dongle manager when i read info or when i try to update firmware
