click readinfo and click start to mtk tab or spreadtrum tab mate post result

please try to Read info your phone in mtk tab if not detect then select spd tab

if not detect any of them please do check its charging jack i m sure that is not correctly installed in ur phone pcb...

i think your problem is your software..

please download new bug fix exe with avator box support area and try again all phones should be connect..

check sticky threads for video manuals.

i did all the phones in the newer version, also re install latest version

i tried to help you on yahoo but i think you were busy more than me

your mtk tab is working correct
now you need to check with you spd tab..

may be you n71 phone is mtk and you are trying to connect it on spd.. please check connecting on mtk tab and other phones too..
