New box activation a big problem> read box info[SOLVED]

You can see that even with the new update of samsung sl-box version 1.25 i can not still activate my box. SHOULD I RETURN MY SL-BOX TO THE RESELLER IN MY COUNTRY? For over one week now since i received my sl-box i have been struggling with the activation and no product supporter is ready to help activate it.
