I have downloaded it and use,but now after using it the bb can pass the red light level but once it want to boot complete [just one rotate of the booting icon] it went off again and repeat booting,any other way to solve this?

please follow this step by step and give result.

1.nuke devices
2.wipe device.
3.download mfi from support and flash phone with that.
4.download sfi and app if you not downloaded already and flash phone.
phone should be ok.

I have tried all you said but no luck.Could it be screen? in-short am confussed.but the main thing now is that it has passed the level of only red light but if it want to boot it will go back again ,I have tried to do it with desktop manager and it died to only red light again,when repeat with gsm finder tool it comes up but dont boot complete any other file to flash to it?please help me.

this my phone is 9930 if I flash it with that of 9900 will it work or is it there any other file I should flash it with please somebody help me?

No,do not flash phone with 9900 if phone is 9930 download proper sfi and app for your 9930 and flash phone,and if possible contact me online.

Is it there any other mfi for my phone 9930,the reason I ask is that when I do other phones like 9700,9630,9650 after using mfi it will write something on the screen to show that the phone have reseted to factory setting,something like [no link to application,factory os] but after when I use this my phone mfi on it the phone only show white and reboot to red again showing it didnt reset to factory os and the same thing happen to another 9930 that somebody brought to me.That makes me to believe that the problem should be from mfi either that the version is older or there is no correct mfi for 9930 yet.Please programers and supporters look into this for I need my phone back.
