Card Not Found Z3X Box Pro


Hello I have own a Z3X Box Pro and everything time I connected to the computer it says card not found. When I try to download any of the software it tells me the same thing card not found. Does anyone know how I could find that problem because I really have no idea on how to fix it. I just purchase the box and I haven't been able to used it because it keeps giving me this error

Drivers are installed correctly ? Can you run diag tool from Drivers subfolder of Easy-JTAG software installation.

I have installed all the drivers correctly like you guys suggested but when I run the hardware wizard it goes to a screen where it says dead card repair. I try to repair it. It gives me 3 different files to choose from and I selected each one and it still says that it can't be read do you guys know how I could fix this.
