How to know if a memory is in a good state?

recording for that log nand memory is good but we cant say its good if this emmc have ram also

and in first place wats wrong with this device

The customer take it to a store for flashing the phone due to some software errors, but the technician told me that he flashed it and the process was ok, but sometimes the screen became into rose color or something like that. The customer bring me the phone to activate the battery due to it was completely dead but after given some charge to the battery the phone does not turn on at all. So I read the info in with the easy jtag classic version and there is no user data (it is in blank, just zeros)
