No need to format, just flash the phone with the given firmware.
It might be possible that your phone has hardware fault also since in the beginning it was blinking.

sir ji mbile was blinking befor formatin

afte writing firmware set not power on, than format set power but hang on logo

this type issue already there forum but no solution there

may be exact solution this phone correct & complete firmware

That could be due to two reasons- Either phone needs exact firmware version or there is hardware fault in the phone. Better to search for exact working firmware from same model and then write it to your phone. Unfortunately I don't it right now. So try to search yourself in your local market or wait for someone to upload it.
