I have problems updating my Octopus LG to Samsung Activation:

Here is the Log of update Tool:

Searching for server...
Server greeting: "Card updates server v.2.2"
Searching installed cards...
Found card with s/n 0XXXXXXX
Selected card: 000XXXXXXX
Updates count: 8
Updates limit: 13
Activations:
- LG - FULL (ver 2.4)
Activation string checking failed!
Please, contact to Your reseller.

Any idea, please supporters????????

Install Last Sw version and try to Update card

String copy in one notepad .txt and do Copy/Past when request.

If fail too, contact you reseller for this String.

I have installed the last Octoplus Samsung Card Updater.
My question is, is the same use this Card Updater or I need to use Octoplus LG Card Updater to activate Samsung options in my LG Octopus Box?????

I have not istalled the latest version of LG software on my PC.

Hello, please not do confusion.

1) Card is only One for all Activaction you want Add.

2) If have just Activated for Samsung, this is another thing.

3) If you want active LG do Update Card from Last version of LG Sw just release in this moment

Done!!!

I have Octopus LG Box and I want to activate Samsung in my LG Box.

Finally solved.
Wrong Activation String from the support.

Now is OK.

Im facing this problem,please could you help me.
I bought the box from sharkgsm.
I have downloaded the latest setup but all i get is THE PRODUCT IS NOT ACTIVATED ON THE CURRENT CARD.
Help please

Please can send Screenshoot of the Error, with specified clear What Activaction will have in you card, like Samsung, Lg, itc... or btw.

Can try last attempt, (i doubt), using Last Sw Version of any Activaction, then try to "Update Card"...if ask for string....ask refund to You reseller, (Not Official), or Claim immediate all you activactions.
